MusicIP – new cool stuff

MusicIP has just released their new reporting stuff and it’s very cool.  I chatted with Adam over there and we’re going to see what we can do to move some of their new analytics into rVibe. I see it as an ad delivery play, they see it a little differently, but interested in exploring how our use of…

New server is in! Now can we add more cool stuff please?

Phew – that’s done. We’re tuning it now – but performance is also better just as is.  We’re also moving the scanning process out of the main process to improve application responsiveness at the outset.  It’s a never ending struggle to balance fixes and enhancements with net new functionality. Right now net new has taken…

Just finishing up a CFO/COO review of our company. That means we had an external consultant come in and tell us all the things that are wrong with how we manage our financial and operations house. Verdict: Not bad at all! What a nice find. We had some gaps in our GAAP accounting on transactions…

Letting users in – leading to server upgrade

Since our launch on Wednesday we’ve had a pretty strong response – and we’re starting to see a performance hit (naturally).  So – we’re upgrading to a much more powerful server environment. We should have that done pretty soon and I expect to see a pretty dramatic improvement in performance. Thank you for being patient!

In search of: Centralized ID management for Social Networks

I have always deplored redundancy and inefficiency – it makes me crazy.  It makes my wife crazy that I am so nuts about it – she would rather just have me repeat doing something that have me fuss about it.  But fuss I do. And now we’ve built an application that has redundant data in…
